Who We Are

 (Haydar) organization represents the culmination of a volunteer team that has demonstrated a substantive impact on society. Comprising young individuals from Aqrah District, Dohuk Governorate, within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, this team has successfully undertaken various volunteer projects spanning humanitarian, environmental, relief, archaeological, and tourism development domains.

Following the completion of these projects, the team garnered attention and interest from local authorities and organizations, prompting a strategic decision to formalize their efforts. In alignment with the pursuit of their goals and the desire to strengthen partnerships with civil society institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the team registered the "Haydar Organization for Human Development" on July 13, 2023, obtaining license number 5869 from the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations in the Kurdistan Region. This formal registration ensures adherence to official conditions and laws while preserving organizational independence, facilitating enhanced collaboration with external entities and access to resources supportive of their initiatives.

Presently situated in Old Aqrah, proximate to Qashle - Saray Akre, the office of the Haydar Organization for Human Development operates as a focal point for planning and implementing diverse projects addressing societal issues.
